释义 | Deutsche Börse Deutsche Börse An international market place organizer for trading in securities, commodities, and derivatives, with its headquarters in Frankfurt, Germany. Established as a holding company in 1992, Deutsche Börse AG owns and operates the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and (since 2000) the clearing and settlement facility Clearstream. It is also joint owner of the electronic derivatives exchange Eurex, which acquired the US-based International Securities Exchange in 2007.
