释义 | intestacy The state of a person who has died without having left a valid will. Such a person is said to have died intestate. Intestacy can be either total (if no will is left at all) or partial (if not all the deceased's property is left by will). The Administration of Estates Act contains a table showing the destination of the property in an intestacy. |
