The police officer hit the man after the man was hand cuffed repeatedly, and was arrested Friday for use of Excessive Force.
When the defendant claimed that he was merely practicing self-defense against the man who had shoved him at a local bar one night, the judge informed the defendant that fatally stabbing the man in return was actually excessive force.
