单词 | no arbitrage |
释义 | no arbitrage The assumption that the resale of goods or services is impossible, or sufficiently costly to be unusual. This allows sellers to practice third-degree price discrimination, where different prices are charged to different types of customer. If arbitrage were cheap the extent of possible price discrimination would be limited, and if arbitrage were costless price discrimination would be impossible. |
