单词 | emerging markets |
释义 | emerging markets Stock exchanges in countries where investors are unused to trading. These are mainly newly industrialized countries (NICs), such as Taiwan or Brazil, or newly liberalized economies, such as Hungary or Poland. Because of thin markets and lack of experience of both investors and market regulators, emerging markets are often even riskier than stock exchanges in countries where they have been long established. |
