| 释义 | homogeneous good A good which has uniform properties, any unit being interchangeable with any other. Goods which differ in specifications or quality, or bearing different brand names which affect the confidence of customers are not homogeneous. Units of money, or securities of the same type, are completely homogeneous. Some primary products and basic materials are almost homogeneous, apart from their physical location, but other primary products and most manufactured products are not homogeneous. Economic aggregates invariably involve treating as if they were homogeneous goods which in fact are not. |
