释义	clean price The price of a gilt-edged security excluding the accrued interest since the previous coupon payment. Interest on gilt-edged stocks accrues continuously although coupons are paid at fixed intervals (usually six months). Prices quoted in newspapers are usually clean prices, although a buyer will normally pay for and receive the accrued income as well as the stock itself.
