释义 | sham transaction sham transaction A transaction in which the parties intend to create one set of rights and obligations but perform acts or enter into documents that they intend should give parties (often HM Revenue and Customs) the appearance of creating different rights and obligations. Tax benefits arising from sham transactions may be denied by the courts. Shanghai Stock Exchange(SSE) The main stock market of the People’s Republic of China. Its roots go back to the late 19th century but it was established in its present form in 1990. It is now the fifth largest stock exchange in the world by market capitalization.
