Incoterms

Incoterms A glossary of terms used in international trade, published by the International Chamber of Commerce(ICC) in Paris. It gives precise definitions of such terms as Ex Works (EXW), Free On Board (FOB), and Cost and Freight (CFR) to eliminate misunderstandings between buyers and sellers in different countries. The latest version, Incoterms 2010, is available in 31 languages.
