| 释义 | Euronext NV Euronext NV A market and clearing system for equities and traded derivatives, established in September 2000 with the merger of the Amsterdam, Brussels, and Paris stock exchanges. It acquired the London futures exchange LIFFE (which became Euronext.liffe) in 2001 and the Lisbon Stock Exchange (which became Euronext Lisbon) in 2002. A merger with NYSE Group, the owner of the New York Stock Exchange, was approved in December 2006, leading to the creation of NYSE Euronext—the world’s first global stock market.
