释义	mortgage-pipeline risk Definition A risk lenders take that a mortgage borrower may not accept the interest rate within the grace period between the time the mortgage is drawn up and the closing of the sale (i.e., the interest rate has fallen between the time of the agreement and the closing). The borrower obtains a better deal, while the lender loses the higher gain from the higher interest rate. Also called reverse price risk.
