used to mean 'with' when describing what the price of particular shares, bonds, etc. includes:
cum bonus/dividend/interest If a share price is 'cum dividend', it means that if you buy it now, you qualify for the dividend.
It is assumed a share or bond is dealing cum rights unless otherwise stated.
