释义 | Public Placement 公募 指公开发售证券以筹集资金,通常专指债券的发行,股票的公开发行英文会用Public Offering一词。债券公募以公众为销售对象,而不是直接售予特定投资者。公开发售的债券通常会在证券交易所挂牌买卖,交易的标准数量单位较小(方便小投资者参与)。公募的发行成本通常较私募为高,但有利提高发行者的知名度,争取更多投资者参与,提高二级市场流动性。 参见Placing/Placement(配售)及Private Placement(私募/私人配售)。 "A public bond placement is offered to a market in general, rather than to selected investors. It is usually listed on a stock exchange in relatively small denominations.
