| 释义 | floor to trade cycle The lowest level of real national product during the slump phase of a trade cycle. In a closed economy this will be the lowest level of injections to the circular flow of incomes plus their multiplier effects. Investment is likely to be at the minimum of non-postponable replacements needed to keep businesses going, plus any non-postponable autonomous investment. Government spending will also have minimum levels, including items such as defence expenditure, long-term public works, pensions and income maintenance payments to the unemployed.
