| 释义 | base rate base rate1. The rate of interest used as a basis by banks for the rates they charge their customers. In practice most customers will pay a premium over base rate on loans and will receive below the base rate on deposits with banks. base stock A certain volume of stock, assumed to be constant in that stock levels are not allowed to fall below this level. When the stock is valued, this proportion of the stock is valued at its original cost. This method is not normally acceptable for financial accounting purposes. |
