单词 | acquisition premium |
释义 | acquisition premiumDefinition The higher value a company pays when acquiring, or buying out, another company during a merger or acquisition. The buyer will usually offer a higher, or premium, price that is above the target company's closing stock price. During the M&A stage, however, market fluctuations may change the target company's fair value and cause the buying party to readjust the acquisition premium. |
