When I say I want the equivalent of 10 hours of work, I mean you can work less as long as you get all the work done.
If you are in a pinch and don't have exactly what you need you can try and find something with the equivalent value.
Sometimes if you don't have exactly what you are looking for you can use the equivalent of something else to get the job done.
