Definition
An unwritten law that marketers use which involves the belief that if a business wants to win over a customer it must consistently send that customer promotional messages allowing him/her to hear, see, and feel the services and products that the business offers. It is based on the principle that potential customers must be exposed to the company 29 times before they are converted. See drip marketing.
